This journey began in defense of the maker, those that bring to light from darkness, an idea. Our inspiration comes from memory, of travels we’ve taken - it is the thread that helps us bind our creation. Wolf’s is the laboratory where inspiration turns to creation, creation is stitched into a form that when examined takes guests on the creators' journey of exploration. But the quest to create comes not for the supplication of an audience, but for the continual introspective pursuit of pushing the boundaries of what we know as possible.

My sister and I went for a late dinner. This place was gorgeous! Great ambiance, lovely, knowledgeable waitress and great drinks! The food was good too! The only thing I would say is we ordered steak medium well and it came out a bit undercooked. We were so hungry that we went ahead with most of it except for the centerpieces that were just too undercooked for us to eat. When our waitress came over to check on us, we told her about it… She assured us that it could be cooked longer, but since we only had a few pieces left, we did not take the offer. However, we did order dessert and she ended up comping us the dessert to our surprise! Overall, this was a very good experience and a beautiful place! Although it was too cold to sit out on the rooftop patio… they encouraged us to walk out and take a tour… It was breathtaking! Make your reservation ☺️

Overall an outstanding evening from start to finish. Good creative cocktails. Interesting and delicious apps and flavor packed entrees combines with excellent service made for a wonderful evening. We ordered too much, but as first timers wanted to try as much as possible. Followed our server’s recommendations and glad we did as he recommended things we wouldn’t consider. Like the beef ravioli small plate. Don’t let the name deter you, the flavors are incredible! We had the tuna tartare instead of the ceviche and it was wonderful. The shaking beef entree was another one we would not have considered and it is off the chart good. The eggplant small plate was also memorable. A little coconut pineapple upside down cake and we called it a wonderful evening!

We sat at the counter and really enjoyed chatting with the chef throughout our meal. It felt like we were hanging out at his house, eating at the kitchen island while he cooked. The chef recommended the camote asado, callo de hacha al horno, enmoladas de pollo, and the taco de suadero. Our favorite bites were the enmoladas de pollo and the taco de suadero. The tortillas and sauces are so good! We also had the birria de borrego which was really good but not quite worth the price compared to the other dishes we enjoyed.
