Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Mirage Hotel & Casino

We are huge fans of Next Level Chef and Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay. We went in with high expectations and those expectations were met! All three of us ordered the three course tasting sampler. The Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had! The Beef Wellington was outstanding (we paid $20 more to get a 6oz portion) and the Demi sauce sooo good! Potato purée and root vegetables were accompaniments. Veggies were a tad undercooked but still good. The toffee sticky pudding was the dessert and was so rich and complex with many flavors! Our servers were cordial and attentive. Well trained and knowledgeable about the food. Next time in Vegas this will definitely be on our list of restaurants to visit again!

My Spouse and I have been dining at Ruth’ Chris once or twice a year at Harrahs since they opened and first ate at there restaurant in town before. We have never been disappointed . We have ordered a verity of entrées and all were excellent. Our waiter tonight was Chad, he made certain that we understood everything about what we inquired about.

A very tasty and memorable meal of Mexican food that our family had not been familiar with before. We are used to fine dining and had been unimpressed by overpriced restaurants along the Strip. Lilly, our server was 100% informative on the selections and was able to describe each dish's uniqueness to us that saved us from ordering the selections we were familiar with. The new flavors along with the outstanding selection of tequila and Mezcal completed our meal experience in harmony. What a surprise in the middle of all of the Vegas Mayhem to find such a delicious treat. Well Done.

QUICK REVIEW: Outstanding food, service. Prices are high, but worth it. Ambiance - depends on where you sit, but the decor is amazing. Solid 4.8 Stars. Would we go back? YES. LONGER REVIEW: We are Vegas locals who got together for a family dinner and picked Wakuda. SERVICE: Seated promptly at reservation time, but at a less than desirable table. Right at the junction of where people enter in the main dining room. Vincent - our main server - was Outstanding. He was there when you needed him with great advice to boot. Food service was well paced. FOOD and DRINKS: Lychee Martini, Red wine by the Glass (nice selection), and a Yokohama Old Fashioned. Very tasty. Wine and Sake list is extensive. All to Table Share: Unagi Roll, Wagyu Roll, A5 Wagyu appetizer, Gyoza, Salmon, Shrimp Skewers and Wakuda Wings. Very, very yummy; everything was cooked and prepared to perfection. We did share two desserts, don't miss the Shaved ice with ice cream. OVERALL: YES, we would go back. The only downside was the table - even though we requested a booth and made the reservation 30+ days ahead of time, we had probably the worst table in the restaurant, and the manager could not reseat us. That being said, the Food and Service - with the decor - more than made up.

The service was exceptional. The food was great. We enjoyed the music.
