Great venue with fantastic servers, the chefs were on par and the Guinness was very good. 10/10 value for money.

My wife and I had the pleasure of celebrating Valentine's Day at The Wine Cellar at Fallon & Byrne, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the cozy, candlelit basement, we knew we were in for a memorable evening. The ambiance was intimate yet lively, striking the perfect balance between elegance and warmth. The exposed brick walls, soft lighting, and the extensive selection of wines surrounding us created an atmosphere that felt both refined and inviting. The wine list, as expected, was outstanding—carefully curated with an impressive variety to suit every palate. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, helping us select the perfect bottle to complement our meal. Their recommendations were spot on, and their attention to detail made us feel truly valued. As for the food, it was simply divine. Every dish was crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. From the artisanal cheese board to the perfectly cooked mains, each bite was a delight. What truly set the evening apart, however, was the service. The team was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed for a seamless dining experience. Absolutely incredible, every aspect, from the wonderful service and help wading through the wine list, to the ambiance and watching the fresh pasta being made, to the myriad of delicious dishes, everything was thought out so perfectly! The pumpkin agnolotti with sage butter and hazelnuts was a showstopper, so rich and smooth, every bite I took was followed by a smile. Also the bread and olive oil was divine, in addition to the suppli. All complimented so perfectly by the wine, it was a terrific experience :)

Brilliant night with my partner and parents. Food and service we couldn't fault it. Entertainment later in the bar was great fun. All round best night out for a while now. I would definitely recommend brogans trim for a night out.
