We had a really good meal at the Seven Seas Brasserie. As it was a Sunday we had the Sunday menu and the roasts were amazing. I had beef and it was very tender and plentiful. The staff were pleasant and helpful and I would highly recommend eating here. We also used the park and dine offer which is very good value.

I would easily rate this my favourite spot for a roast dinner on the wirral. It’s a nice quiet atmosphere, not for everyone who might like a bustling pub. Service is attentive and friendly. The food, incredible… the beef is thinly sliced but still with a nice pink in the middle, great mix of veg and beef dripping crisp roast potatoes with a giant Yorkshire - but it’s the gravy that makes it - red wine jus meats gravy (pun intended). Must dine!

What a lovely time we had last Tuesday lunchtime at this beautiful restaurant, from start to finish. My friends and I chose the lunchtime special menu, the food was excellent, a little pricer than the Bold St Elif, but in my opinion larger portions. The staff were polite, attentive and helpful. Although the bill included a service charge it was in block capital and stood out, so you either accept or decline. The building is absolutely beautiful, stunning even. I don't think you can compare the Castle Street Elf to the Bold Street one they're totally different spectrums. Will definitely go back to Bold Street, but for fine dining l certainly choose Castle Street. Thank you to the management and staff for a wonderful experience. See you again soon.
