Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Flatiron District

One of the most memorable meals I’ve had in nyc in awhile - every dish we ordered was exceptional. Special shoutout to the waygu ribeye, Branzino and banana split. Tasteful ambience and warm service. A place to bring those you care about for a lovely evening. Will be back!

We were warmly welcomed, enjoyed aperitifs at the bar, and then went upstairs for our Pasta Tasting menu with wine pairings. It was heavenly from beginning to end! Kudos to our attentive and friendly staff, who described each course in detail, as well as describing each wine pairing. Special thanks to Henry, our primary server, who made each course extra special and described each wine pairing. The wait staff was professional. welcoming, and added extra charm to the evening. For me, it was the kick-off to my birthday season, full of delight and delectable food and wine. Babbo deserves every accolade in the book, except for too-dim lighting. Can't wait to return! A favorite restaurant of ours. Great for special occasions. We tried the fixed menue 1 this time for 4. It was more than enough food. Everything was deliceous. Our waitress was outstanding.

The food was very good. Delicious PEI Pink moon oysters and other great selections. Hamachi crudo was great and I love the idea of local fresh ingredients. I’m glad we came- the halibut was a little too hard on the outside for me but the inside was nicely cooked. Brussels and potato purée were simply delicious. The brûlée cheesecake and cappuccino to finish helped power the 20 block walk home! It’s up there with the best of the restaurants I’ve been to. Prices were a little high but that’s what you expect in NYC.

Christmas lunch was wonderful. Four courses plus amuse bouche and petit fours good value at 195.00 considering the high standard. Oyster amuse bouche Chilled Maine Lobster citrus dressing Chestnut agnolotti Diver scallops with truffle Toffee pudding with eggnog ice cream Everything was delicious. Meal was well paced. Lovely dining room.
