- KKathyPortland / Oregon •12 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe returned to our favorite with the benefit of a generous gift certificate from my sisters. There was a notable difference in the usual menu and our wonderful waitress Robin told us The Stockpot was celebrating their 50th anniversary and had brought back some of their former favorite dishes to celebrate the monumental occasion. We’ve been coming here since the early 80’s after our goof friends introduced us to the best restaurant anywhere. As usual, the food was scrumptious. We both enjoyed the salmon which was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. I recently leaned that you could substitute the sides to your liking so no matter what you choose, you can get the sides you prefer. Because we were there celebrating our birthdays, we were given complementary champagne and ice cream sundaes. We ordered desserts to take home for another day, the Lemoncello cake and the chocolate mousse cake. They were both delicious. Besides the excellent food, the wait staff is the best we’ve ever had. They recognize us from going there every year so it’s like coming back to see a good friend.More infoStockpot BroilerPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Beaverton•4.8

That chicken liver mousse pate was like butter;smooth and perfectly seasoned. I want more! Next we had the sturgeon, cauliflower and gnocchi. All was superb. I want to go back next week. Not a thing was less than 5 stars.More infoL'OrangePrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Southeast Portland•4.9

The setting and the ambience of the restaurant is warm, cute and vintage and just perfect. Don and his wife serve the food to the table with each course and tell you what to expect. It was exceptional. You won’t regret paying a visit to Don’s.More infoDon's Favorite FoodsPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Beaverton•4.9
- YYvonnevipPortland / Oregon •128 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis is one of our very favorite restaurants in all of Portland, especially for meeting family and friends. The ambiance and comfort level are unmatched. The menu is extensive enough for everyone to find something they enjoy. The prices do not exceed the value of the meal, which itself is invariably of high quality and well-prepared. One does not go away hungry. The service is always friendly and welcoming. The Oswego Grill in Lake Oswego always feels festive and warm. Seriously, I cannot think of another restaurant with all these fine qualities.More infoOswego Grill - Kruse WayPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Lake Oswego•4.7
