Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Punta de Mita

Never disappoints! Always top choice on my list.

This lovely pool side restaurant at the SeaBreeze Beach Club associated with St Regis is dreamy in all aspects. We had a glass of champagne ($50/glass!) at the beach bar setting prior to our table at SeaBreeze. It was a dreamy setting with a gorgeous sunset view and gorgeous people dressed to the nines everywhere. Worth the price of admission. The food at Sea Breeze, although not fancy was delicious. We had the grilled Baby Lettuce salad and it was delightful, the bitterness from the grill balanced by a sweet balsamic and soothing olive oil and the barely there croutons just the right amount of crunch. We split a truffle pizza, could have been cooked more on the bottom but the truffle and mushroom flavor was phenomenal. The tiramisu was not too sweet, and the decaf coffee was actually amazing. The cost of the dinner was totally justified by the serene elegant atmosphere, and unpretentious service and food. A total win.

My experience was exceptional. This was my 4th time dining at this establishment over the past six years and the meal and service has been excellent each time. The Caesar salad presentation is always perfect and tasty. The Temexcal Shrimp was absolutely delicious. I would most certainly return to this establishment the next time I am in Punta de Mita.

Perfect dining experience. Had reservations at 8:30- wish it had been earlier to enjoy the beautiful location. Lovely entrance. Beautiful restaurant. Food and Service OUTSTANDING! Lamb was a huge portion. Pasta perfectly prepared. Fish of the day was excellent. Finished our meal with churros which were delicious! Had some trouble with directions as maps showed a completely different location using directions from open table.

If you are looking to be ‘WOW’ed and having a spectacular dinning experience, Carolina is the place to be. With 3 different tasting menus, there is much to choose from. We enjoyed the 6-course tasting menu. We were attended by Alberto and Ezekiel. They were amazing. Alberto shared a bit of background about the restaurant and the menu, where Ezekiel made sure the menu was tailored to our liking. They were very attentive, courteous and great hosts. The chocolate caviar to celebrate the birthday was the best surprise of the night. Thank you Chef and Team.
