These tasty small dishes are traditional Spanish dishes found in every bar, cafe, restaurant, and home. La Masseria Restaurant is inspired from ancient fortified farmhouses that in the Puglia Region of Italy are called “Masseria”. Executive Chef/Co-Owner, Pino Coladonato, grew up on a Farm in Puglia. He was forced to eat whatever was available but soon was tired of bean puree and decided to take matters into his own hands, creating new ways to use the same few ingredients. Now, with limitless ingredients to choose from, fava beans, chickpeas and lentils are still a core element in many of his entrees. Interior Designer Libby Langdon has created a warm, inviting dining atmosphere. Rustic and relaxed, with plenty of old world charm. Oversized iron sconces custom made from antique wrought iron gates punctuate the walls, and artful displays of antique farm tools mixed with various authentic Italian photographs all add to the farmhouse appeal. Every bite of our meals was terrific from the house made mozzarella with mortadella to the beef carpaccio apps, to the main courses of the swordfish special, salmon and grilled octopus! Tim was an attentive, efficient and friendly server. I was a little skeptical about the table we were offered which was up front near the bar, but the maiter‘d assured me it would be comfortable and he was right! Just an all round great experience!

First time here. Oysters were great! All the tapas dishes we had were prepared beautifully and most importantly, delicious!! We loved everything we had. We tried the octopus, pork belly, roasted dates and tomato bread. Anastasia was our server and so very pleasant. She made us feel right at home, she made THE BEST dirty martini I have had all year. We'll be back sooner than later!

Absolutely delicious dinner. We had the Bolognese, short ribs, Swordfish and pasta pink with chicken. Dinner was delicious. Drinks and wine selection were perfect. Service with Michelle was spectacular. It was a great 91st birthday celebration.
