- JJoniDenver / Colorado •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAbsolutely fantastic dinner. We were seated quickly and our food came out very quickly. Drinks were delicious. They had left us a card for anniversary and all of the staff signed it, it was really sweet. We were so excited about the Wagyu sliders that we forgot to take a picture. The bacon wrapped dates were 10 out of 10 in the boa buns were perfect. The vibe was great and the place was packed. We can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.More infoLingerPrice: Expensive• Global, International• Highlands•4.6

- TTraciBaltimore / Maryland •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoExcellent experience as always! We return again and again to Root Down for great food and great service. On this visit, we were mired in traffic and I was petrified we would miss our reservation by a long shot. I texted the restaurant and they texted right back with assurances they would save us a seat. What a relief! Every staff member knows the menu and can make recommendations and they kindly checked for food allergies. What a great place to eat when you're in Denver! We try to get there at least once per year.More infoRoot DownPrice: Expensive• American• Highlands•4.8
- OTOpenTable DinerSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 21, 2024Really liked the vibe of this place. I don’t know if our waitress had a couple of big parties but it took awhile to even get water to our table. We made reservations and didn’t have to wait for our table to be ready it was good to go right when we got there. The food was pretty good, mashed potatoes were wonderful, sautéed veggies were also good, I had the chicken and it could’ve used a bit more seasoning. My family enjoyed their meals and the bar was quick with the drinks.More infoThe HornetPrice: Moderate• American• Washington Park•4.7
