The Park Cafe truly deserves all the praise. Everything about my visit was delightful, from the food to the service. We can't recommend this place enough. "Perfect" really does sum it up beautifully. I look forward to returning soon.

Absolute gem! The perfect blend of elegance and island vibes. The food is a culinary delight. The drinks are expertly crafted, pairing beautifully with the stunning ocean views. The service is warm and attentive, making you feel like a VIP from the moment you arrive.

The ambience was incredible. I felt like I was in a different country when I walked in. I was completely blown away!!!!

Open table permitted us to make a reservation for a half hour before the first seating. Not terrible but website should be corrected. One couple shared lamb chop appetizer, catch of the day and dessert. Everything was very very fresh and tasty. We savored every bite. Service was excellent. Helpful but not overbearing. Would I return? In a heartbeat!

Talk about ambience. The view from the Palm Terrace restaurant is like none other, setting the stage for a delightful meal. Entertainment was perfect with the tantalizing steel pan rhythms. I gotta mention the lychee martini which is my go to drink. It was perfectly mixed and unlike some I’ve had was perfectly sweet with the right amount of liquor. The buffet was all that was promised on the excellently curated Independence menu. Golden Apple and ginger juice on point, fish cakes to die for, pudding and pickled SeaCat! I had to get seconds, light dumplings. Chef Fabian outdid himself today. My guests loved the food fare. Service matched the meal too. Alison and Renee took care of my group and went above and beyond to ensure that we had what we needed. The manager was attentive to the guests and checked in often. This added an extra touch to the experience. This was my first Palm Terrace experience and I assure you that it won’t be my last.
