Bright and airy, with a vintage retro style and featuring distressed wooden tables topped in white marble, salvage greenhouse window frames and comfy linen banquettes, Salt continues Avoca’s emphasis on serving delicious, seasonal dishes with largely locally sourced ingredients. Salt's name comes its Salthill locale - which itself was derived from salt works that were once here - plus the nearby sea and, of course, the seasoning. Beautiful coffee, toasties and brunch with an incredible view! There are limited indoor seats available to book but we have blankets available for all our outdoor seating to keep you nice and cosy. For the next few months we will only be taking bookings for our Indoor seats as the weather is a little too unpredictable for the next couple of months. We had a gorgeous brunch today at Happy Out. Everything was fab. Would have given you 5 stars except food was a little cold. But it was so busy we didn’t want to ask you to heat it up! Staff wonderful. Would take out table by door, too tight.

Four of us enjoyed a lovely meal in Sea & Stone Restaurant. We all said we will return again . Steak was cooked and rested perfectly. Food was tasty without being too heavy. The chief used cream and butter correctly. Nice addition to Cabinteely.

The Purty Kitchen was just great. The staff were very helpful and even let us change table, the food was excellent, and the Atmosphere lovely with the music down at a good level so that you could chat properly. I'll definitely be back!
