- JJuliaToronto / Ontario •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe dined at the Wilbur to celebrate our 40th anniversary. It was the perfect choice. I had the lobster ravioli, hubby had the sea bass, and we shared the peanut butter chocolate dessert. Gorgeous setting, delicious food.More infoThe Wilbur MansionPrice: Expensive• American• Bethlehem•4.3

The holiday ambience was relaxing and we were well taken care of by the staff. Dinner flowed at an unhurried pace, where we were able to enjoy each course while sipping our Barolo. Caesar salad was delightful with parm shavings and crunchy croutons. Loved the dressing! Hubby’s pasta fagioli was some of the best he’s tasted-lots of flavor and freshness. Our entrees of Fettuccine Bolognese and the Pappardelle al Vitello were delicious and plentiful. So yummy! We split the dark chocolate torte with vanilla gelato which certainly satisfied our chocolate cravings! A slice of guava cheesecake was complimentary to take home in honor of my birthday. How great is that! This was our first visit to Melt, but certainly will not be our last! What a find so close to Bethlehem and Upper Bucks!More infoMeltPrice: Expensive• Italian• Center Valley•4.6

Our server David was outstanding and gave us a wonderful experience to casually celebrate together. We were able to sit and talk and not feel rushed to leave. Food was very good and the deserts, oh my! A very pleasant experience indeed.More infoEdgePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Bethlehem•4.5

Our party of 7 was served quickly and professionally while enjoyed everything from pasta to fish to their famous short rib ravioli. Surely a top 3 restaurant in downtown for food, ambiance and service.More infoTwisted OlivePrice: Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Bethlehem•4.7
- LLaurencevipNew York City •36 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoService was top notch. Were taken care of by several servers who were each professional and courteous. Shout out to Amanda who was amazing!! Onion soup was very spicy. We ordered a glass of Malbec and a Pinto Grigio. Neither were particularly good. Felt as if both needed to breathe a bit more. Ambiance nice. Pretty good price point for a high-end steakhouse. Other than the wine, the food was excellent. Hot baguette rolls with butter were excellent. Nice Niçoise salad, filet done to order, and excellent fresh creamed spinach and mashed potatoes for sides. Too full for dessert, but in a good way, after an excellent meal.More infoChop House at Wind CreekPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Bethlehem•4.7
