- OTOpenTable DinerVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat food, great service. Brix has a very comfortable and comforting environment. One issue- On 3/1 lunch time there was a guy (blue half sleeve T-shirt) at front desk/ check in who was rude , didn’t smile and had a condescending attitude. The restaurant had a 10 person table which wasn’t booked and remained empty while we had our lunch. We didn’t have that table booked but given that it wasn’t booked the restaurant could have accommodated us on it. Understand that the restaurant has this table for bigger parties (we were 6) but not wanting to accommodate us seemed personal and unreasonable. We felt that the guy referred above was being tough and unreasonable in a discriminatory way. For a restaurant which is iconic and great, we didn’t expect it and were quite taken aback. I would request Brix management to look into it. Maybe he is part of management (he acted like it), but no one should treat guests in that manner.More infoBrixPrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Yountville•4.4
- LLynnVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFood was delicious as always. We ordered two gem Caesar salads and a Shanghai chicken salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. They served warm bread with some butter. It was really good but wish they would have had a couple more pieces as there were three of us and not enough for everyone. There were three pieces but the third piece was the end of the loaf and very small. The servers were very nice but didn’t come back to check if I wanted more wine or if my mom wanted more coffee. They were busy as it was lunch time on Saturday. So not much to complain about. It was very good and we will definitely go back.More infoSalt & StonePrice: Expensive• Californian• Kenwood•4.6
- PPrentissVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •8 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoLucy is so under utilized. Tourists don't come this foody haven to eat in a hotel restaurant but Lucy shouldn't be thought of that way. I wrote a review early in our 12 year tenure in Yountville that when the famous restaurants tell you there is a spot at 5:15 or 8:45, go to Lucy! Or go anyway. In good weather (most of the year) it is beautiful in the outside shady or sunny (you choose) seating areas. The hotel itself is loaded with interesting art. On the outside find your way to "Stonehenge".) We went for dinner on Valentines Day a couple of weeks ago, and lunch today. Food excellent both times; service just a smidge slow but perhaps intentionally so as it is such a lovely spot.More infoLucy Restaurant and Bar at BardessonoPrice: Expensive• Californian• Yountville•4.3
- HHarryVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •23 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe had a great dining experience after a few days of intensive wine tasting at the Premiere Napa Valley wine auction. It was time to unwind, chill, and enjoy good food. Our meal (2 orders of the Tomahawk for 2 meal, plus a fabulous bottle of Napa red wine) was good, but the hospitality and service were a notch above. We felt welcomed and comfortable, like being at a friend's home. This was a nice ending to a hectic week!More infoHarvest TablePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• St. Helena•4.6
