The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food? Outstanding! I had the ossobuco special, and it was melt-in-your-mouth perfection—rich, flavorful, and cooked to absolute tenderness. She had the salmon, which was beautifully prepared, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. And let me tell you, the lemon potatoes were to die for—perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and buttery inside, with just the right amount of citrusy zest. The cocktails were well-crafted, the wine list was impressive, and the whole experience felt like a true Mediterranean escape. Whether you're looking for an intimate dinner or a lively night out, Calissa delivers on all fronts.More infoCalissaPrice: Expensive• Greek• Southampton•4.5

Started off with a Cucumber Cosmo and a delicious 2014 Margaux from Bordeaux. Shared 3 appetizers, Brussel sprouts w/grilled halloumi, Truffle grilled cheese and escargot Everything was delicious and the plates were wiped clean. Entrees were Sea Bass with Truffle sauce and roasted pork loin. Finished off the meal with Chef Arie’s homemade ice cream. Bistro Ete has a loyal following both on and off season so reservations are a must. Our go to restaurant whenever out East!More infoBistro EtePrice: Very Expensive• French• Southampton•4.9

From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. The food was just as impressive—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. We started with the tuna tartare and the calamari, which came with a delightful surprise—perfectly blistered shishito peppers that added just the right amount of heat. For our main course, the halibut was cooked to perfection, and the Brussels sprouts were crispy and full of flavor. The cheese-laced mashed potatoes were an indulgent, creamy dream. Dessert was an espresso-infused crème brûlée that was both unexpected and absolutely delicious. Halyard exceeded our expectations in every way.More infoThe Halyard Restaurant at Sound ViewPrice: Expensive• American• Greenport•4.5
