- JjessicaSan Diego •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFabulous food, cozy ambiance & gracious service. This is a family favorite restaurant, and we love coming to Cesarina to celebrate special occasions. The pastas & antipasti are all so delicious. The carpaccio is superb & sliced so thin it's transparent. My husband always orders a pasta allo scoglio (seafood pasta), my daughter pasta with bolognese, and my son & I usually order a house special - which is oftentimes a ravioli or other stuffed pasta. Also, be sure to save room for the absolute best tiramisu ever. It's an easily shareable dessert... and it's made tableside & completely out of this world delicious! My daughter loves Cesarina so much that we've celebrated a family lunch together at the restaurant for the past few birthdays :) The staff are always so warm & friendly, and we've loved the keepsake Polaroids of her every year! Mille grazie, and thank you so much for making every meal so memorable.More infoCesarinaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Ocean Beach•4.9

- LLakeyshaVIPChicago / Illinois •11 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOne of the best restaurants in San Diego. Our first 3 restaurants served warm, bland, mediocre food. Being a foodie from Chicago, I am particular about what I consume. Wonderful wait staff, piping hot meals, strong cocktails and generous portions defined our meal.More infoNorth Italia - Fashion ValleyPrice: Expensive• Italian• Mission Valley•4.7
- KKathleenPhoenix / Arizona •5 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Simply put, one of the best meals I have had the privilege of enjoying! Delightful server, Calvin, was very in tune with the timing of our meal and our needs. The fixed menu was perfect for Christmas Eve, as it kept the meal flowing and decision-making to a minimum. Every course was delectable from the scallop crudo, the creamed mushrooms, and the sea bass, to the date cake with walnut ice cream! Mezcal hibiscus cocktail was creative and tasty, as well! I will definitely be back!More infoHerb & WoodPrice: Expensive• Californian• Little Italy•4.7

From the ambiance on the back patio, the great service from Joe, Eduardo, the sommelier and the busser to the amazing food! Everything was amazing. Truly a treat to dine here.
