Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduatingculinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-chef at Hotel Nogamiya.While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize.     We had an awesome experience. The food was great. You have to always get the White Garlic Truffle Bread to start your meal. My husband tried the salmon for the first time, he absolutely loved it. I got the chicken pesto with regular pasta. I usually get it with vegetable noodles but forgot to order it that way. OMG the pasta was so light and full of flavor. I was pleasantly surprised. Our server Wyatt was a joy to have. He was conversational and truly a nice gentleman. He made the experience 100% perfect.

    I had a wonderful meal at Scotch 80 Prime. I ordered the Wagyu bites, shrimp toast, scallops the butterscotch creme brulee, and the sticky toffee pudding. This meal was on of the highlights of my trip! Everything tasted delicious, and I wish I could have the deserts all over again. The service staff was well mannered and polite, as well as attentive to making sure my glass stayed full. If I am in Vegas again, I will skip the restaurants on the strip and make it a point to dine here again.
