- DDr . Alexander J .Washington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe enjoyed every aspect of our dinner at the Willard Cafe Du Parc. The customer service was extraordinary from the hostess to the restaurant staff waiter Martin, the Manager, the Cheff, everyone went well beyond their call of duty to make our experience an excellent one. I am eternally obliged. Every item we ordered from the menu were outstanding. No complaints whatsoever! It was a special occasion for us and the staff made it very very special for us. The hostess even called me in advance to ask where we would like to sit! That is what I call customer service excellence! My hats off to the Willard Management team for holding such unbelievable customer service and care and quality of staff at the highest levels. We will be back again. Thank YOU! - GgaryWashington, D.C. Area •145 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 22, 2024Our service was excellent. When we asked about the wine by the glass, he had the sommelier come to discuss the choices which was super helpful. Our dinners were excellent, both the appetizers and the mains. Their brodetto is one of the best dishes we’ve experienced in DC.More infoModenaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.6
- CCarolineVIPNew York City •19 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 21, 2024I had a good time overall. The food was worth it, and the staff was so kind. Unfortunately, I had a not-so-nice encounter with a customer who was staying at the hotel. She ordered food from her chair and shouted at the lady doing omelets. I found this to be extremely rude. The woman who ran the Omelette station handled the incident with care, but I felt the encounter should have been addressed on a higher level. It does not matter what or how much money you may have; you should not yell at anyone to fix you an omelet from across the station while other customers have waited in line.More infoAvenue GrillPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4.8
