Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Bakersfield

Order a Wagon Wheel dinner for two! My husband had the Ribs which were excellent but I ordered a NY Strip cooked charred rare and it came out med and tuff and very fatty! Which we were never asked how the good was our meals or if we needed anything!! We did have a large group of 12 which I made a reservation before which would have given the management to adjust workers schedules!!

The food was great, it tasted really good, however, it was a little over priced for the amount of food. The waiter was really busy with all the orders but still managed to get our food to us. Overall, it was a good experience!

We heard from an acquaintance that Vatos Tacos opened up a location in the southwest so we decided to try it out. The food and service was good. Just be aware, it is an extremely loud dining and bar area. So as long as you are aware, or like the bar atmosphere you wont be disappointed with the food or service. Also, recommend making reservations. Even though there were people waiting when we walked in, we were seated right away once we checked on.
