- RRachaelAlabama •1 review5.0Dined todayWe celebrated our anniversary here while visiting Louisville. The atmosphere was romantic and quiet. They had live music and all the staff were wonderful and very welcoming. The food was excellent! We will definitely visit again when we are back in town. Thank you to the staff at Volare for a wonderful anniversary dinner and experience ❤️More infoVolare Italian RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Italian• Frankfort Ave - Crescent Hill•4.8

I was so disappointed that I had missed the lobster thermidor special last night and they told me to come tonight and they would make it. They did and it was AMAZING! The cheese appetizer and my husbands ribeye were great as well. The drinks and dessert were the perfect additions. The service was very nice and the river with snow was a beautiful site. We really enjoyed our impromptu date night!More infoRiver House Restaurant & Raw BarPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown Louisville•4.7
- DDeanCentral Kentucky •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI celebrated my 60th birthday at Jeff Ruby's in Louisville, KY , and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! Every aspect of the evening was exceptional, beginning with the warm and elegant ambiance that set the tone for a truly special celebration. The meal itself was nothing short of perfection. Each dish, from the salad to dessert, was crafted with impeccable attention to detail. My steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the sides were equally outstanding—every bite felt like a celebration in its own right. The dessert, which capped off the evening, was a masterpiece, both in taste and presentation. A huge shoutout to our server, Darrell, who was the epitome of professionalism and charm. His suggestions were spot on and added so much to our dining experience. From wine pairings to menu recommendations, he guided us with confidence and enthusiasm, ensuring that every choice we made was a winner. His warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly valued, turning an already great evening into something extraordinary.More infoJeff Ruby's Steakhouse - LouisvillePrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Downtown Louisville•4.8

- JJoanCentral Kentucky •2 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 1, 2025My husband and I dined on New Year’s Day in our pajamas, as Pajama Party was the theme! The peppermint mocha coffee was superb! My steak and eggs were expertly prepared. We enjoyed $4 Mimosas with a generous amount of Prosecco. My husband enjoyed the chicken and waffles with a beautiful crispy coating and hot honey dipping sauce. The service was a bit slow due to the holiday crunch; the GM came by our table to check on our table. We’ll be back!More infoMorning ForkPrice: Moderate• Breakfast• Frankfort Ave - Crescent Hill•4.7
