Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Copper

Great food. Excellent service. There were seven in our party. We each ordered something different. Everyone said their meal was delicious.

Food & service were excellent. We’re repeat customers and keep returning. Just wish the ambience was better. Pretty drafty, but other than that it’s great.

Kelly - our waitress - was amazing. Super nice. Golden Hour with oysters and bubbly was amazing! Had their hybrid CO bass and it was delish. Kids had Mac & cheese (we all wanted some) and fish (friend battered grouper) and fries (perfect old bat seasoning). Topped off with tasty fun dessert and some perfect espresso martinis! Thanks to The Carlin for a great family dinner memory.

As always, Aurum never disappoints! We love all the happy hour items and the great drinks. Also, they have some of the best waitstaff in Summit County. The manager is always on hand and available to help with anything. We will always go back.

This is our favorite Japanese restaurant in the world. Highly recommend all of these items. It is a perfect balance of cold and warm and the progression is great. Yellowtail jalapeño Oysters Nobu salsa Cucumber Sunomono salad Miso soup Black cod lettuce cups Octopus, King Crab and Yellowtail nigiri sushi Grilled cauliflower with jalapeño Miyazaki Wagyu beef Tuesday we just walked in and sat at the bar. You need to start lining up if you walk in at 4:30 and you either get last minute cancelled tables, bar, or sushi bar. Otherwise you have to wait for the second turn. For reservations on Christmas we were thankfully in Paris so the timezone was manageable, because reservations open up at midnight of the timezone the restaurant is in. Likely to sell out quickly on the weekends or peak season. Hope this helps!
