Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Denton

We had a great time and meal! The black cherry basil mule was delicious! My husband enjoyed the house cab. He had the salmon and I had the wild mushroom ravioli… both were fantastic! Mike was a wonderful server and we really enjoyed our dinner!

Food was amazing, loved the sushi and seafood mix as well. Had the tomahawk pork chop and thoroughly enjoyed it, my girlfriend had the truffle tortellini with blackened cajun spiced grilled chicken and love it as well. Also the crispy tofu rolls were satisfying and delicious and I was genuinely surprised how good they tasted. We’re definitely coming back here! Also the server was very polite and nice.

Great Valentine’s Day experience! The 3 course menu had great options, the food came out at a good pace, and the staff were very attentive. We love Houlihans and wanted a low key experience with our teenage daughter, it was the perfect night!

We always love our visits to Hannah's and Valentine's Day, with their special menu, was no exception. We began with tuna tartar and beef carpaccio. Both were divine. The tuna was fresh with a rich sauce. The carpaccio was decadent with a vinegar crunch from the fennel salad on top. My entree was halibut with shrimp foam, a vanilla soubise, french peas, and roast butternut squash. I don't have the words to fully communicate how much I enjoyed this dish. I have zero critiques. The soubise was a knockout. The halibut was perfectly cooked. The squash gave a concentrated flavor from the roast. Just a standout out dish. I wont call it a complaint, but the only comment I could offer on the evening was lack of a true chocolate dessert. I ordered the white chocolate mousse with luxardo cherries. While delicious and everything you'd expect, it was so, so sweet. Id have loved a slightly bitter dark chocolate mousse to juxtapose those amazing cherries. Other available desserts were their award-winning carrot cake, a poached pear (both on their regular menu), and a passionfruit cheesecake with fresh mango. Hannah's, keep up the excellent work. We will see yall again soon.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Haywire Plano. We came on a Tuesday and was surprised to how busy it was, but that was no concern as we had reservations in place and we're seated pretty swiftly. For our starter we had the mini Elk tacos which were pretty good. For the main course I ordered the 18oz Angus Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye with a side of the White cheddar havarti mac&cheese and Tallow fries. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection and the taste was amazing. My wife ordered the Texas farm raised red fish which came with jumbo lump crab&rock shrimp, spicy lemon zydeco sauce, whipped potatoes and a frisée citrus salad. Per my wife it was an amazing meal. When we go back I'll be trying the 33oz Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye.
