Started with warm welcome and outstanding service. Food excellent. Decor sophisticated without losing cozy. Thank you!

Valentine’s dinner was delicious and always on point! Our attentive friendly excellent server Michael described all offerings in detail. And he took the best “couple” pic of the evening! The surf and turf special with asparagus was perfect. My Chilean sea bass was true to their uniqueness with delicious flavors and veges. Caesar’s salad split atop crisp cheese bowl was yummy and just enough. Variety of warm breads with delish warm butter accompaniment. The calamari app was huge in size and tasty and partially came home with leftovers. We had a late reser which thankfully we were seated early. No rush Relaxed. Good music playlist. Good vibe. Good beverages. Ended with hot coffee and an espresso for me. Desserts inviting but too full to partake.

It was fine. The food was pretty mediocre. Service was fine and ambiance was what I expected. Decor was fun. I wouldn't object to going again but wouldn't choose it on my own.

Celebrated Galentine’s with a few of my friends. Had the queso, loaded fries, and guacamole to share as appetizers. All great in flavor! Tried the Marioposa burrito and it was fantastic! Had the Cupid’s arrow valentine drink special and it was fantastic! Viva La Vida knows how to celebrate! Definitely a fun upbeat Mexican restaurant!

I always visit this quaint neighborhood gem when I’m visiting Pittsburgh. This last visit I noticed a significant change in the atmosphere. The noise level was so noticeable different. They added sound baffling to the ceiling and it was wonderful! The whole experience notched up a level to even more enjoyable! I’m really looking forward to my next visit. :)
