Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in New Bedford

We enjoyed our lunch today. Three friends, good food and great conversation. GOAT cheese salad was excellent, the chicken gyro looked amazing and was devoured as well!

Great place and good food. We were seated near a door used to service a guest party on the outside. The draft from the door, although opened occasionally, was cold on my back. Otherwise great service and really delicious food.

Food is always fresh and delicious. Specials rotate often & so many great options all on the regular menu also. The great thing is the specials are also available at lunch. The French onion soup is delicious and served piping hot. Service is always awesome at Fathoms. Bar tender Matt makes a great cocktail, remembers customers names & favorite drinks & makes great recommendations. Wait staff are super friendly and time things well, they don’t rush you but are attentive if you need something. Lots of service support crew. One of our favorite spots.

The food was delicious and I loved the ambience. The cocktails were a bit pricey at $16-$20 but that seems to be the standard here in Boston. If you want to have a romantic and quiet evening I do recommend Terra. Our waiter also gave us a sweet cream gelato to celebrate my fiancé and I’s engagement! It was a great time!
