Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Southeast Portland

Food was on point and they had the bottle of Malbec that I requested when I originally set the reservation. The brisket empanadas are by far one of the best empanadas I’ve eaten, and I’m a mexican from Los Angeles. Although, I do have to modify the chimichurri I’m served to have that authentic Argentine flavor. This is one of my new favorite go-to spots when I visit Portland every three weeks.

First time having dinner at Kachka. Loved the ambience & from the moment we walked in the door to leaving the staff was delightfully friendly, efficient, and helpful. Food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening thank you so much!!

We went to Shalom Y'All for a birthday. We had a wonderful experience! All of the wait staff was knowledgeable and kept an eye on our table for opportunities to serve. Each person explained what the dish was to us. The drinks were amazing and unique! I loved that the dishes continued to arrive and were spaced the perfect amount of time apart. Overall, we had an excellent experience!

The views from the restaurant are amazing! The table was perfect, just what we needed for our business meeting. The management was very accommodating when I had to add additional seating the day before. The staff showed us exceptional service and was super friendly plus very knowledgeable about the menu. We had an excellent time and will definitely be back!
