Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in The Colony

This was our first time dining at Haywire. We had a wonderful experience. The crab dip was delicious as were the fried green tomatoes with the bacon jam. For our entree we ordered the pork chop. Oh my goodness, the pork chop is a must. The 3 step cooking process leaves the pork chop juicy and tender. Hands down my favorite pork chop. After dinner we went up to the rooftop and listened to live music and enjoyed cocktails. We had an amazing evening!

First time here but not the last! Very pleasant experience, we made reservations, was quickly sat down upon arrival. Our waitress Alexis was prompt, friendly and very attentive. We had the Crispy Ribs as an app, AMAZING, must try trust me took half home to enjoy later. My daughter had the 70/30 burger, said it was delicious. I had the Crispy Chicken sandwich with truffle fries, all was so good. Drink was a little on the weak side so I had a glass of wine, which had a decent pour compared to other places. Only other thing is it was a bit cold in restaurant, we had to ask if they could lower the AC a bit, just make sure you keep room temp at a comfortable setting and not where your guests are shivering. They did turn it down and it was perfect. I would defintely return when in area.

I thought the food was great, and our server was on top of it. My mom is someone who always asks for extra things and opinions, and he handled it so well. I thought the wine was a great value, and we all enjoyed every dish we got.

The fried artichokes and patatas bravas stellar, spinach salad very very good also. We were greeted and assisted by the best host I've ever experienced at any eating facility, very classy and cordial at the same time. Waitperson attentive and helpful with choices, since all sound good.

Have been to this location several times. If you can sit upstairs in the 21+ area it’s way quieter. Service was good and food was pretty good too. Went on a Saturday night and had reservation- didn’t have to wait so that was a plus.
