Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Yorkville

The staff was very friendly and waiter was very accommodating towards celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday, even coming to ask for special requests and plan ahead with me while she was taking a bathroom break. Would definitely go back to enjoy the delicious food.

We had a lovely dinner. The ambience, the food and our server Stephanie, were all first rate.

The Filet looked closer to 6oz with a spoonful of mash, but sauce with sea bream and lamb chops were excellent. Cocktails were gorgeous and unique and ambience was well lit and set the mood. Servers were polite and attentive

We went to Blu on Avenue Road for our 3rd anniversary dinner and had a quiet romantic table on the ground floor. Staff went out of their way to explain the menu and our choices. It was clear that they were very loyal and loved their jobs and the place. They did give us some quiet time too. Then we were told the restaurant was about to close because of a huge rent increase at their lease renewal. We hope the new location opening on King Street West will come close to the beautiful spacious building on Avenue Road. Even if it does not we will be there because the food and service is so good. We each had an amazing scallop appetizer and we were glad we did not split it and had our own. For main courses the pasta, lamb and beef tenderloin were cooked to perfection. We were too full for ordering dessert but they brought a tiramisu to share and we were able to finish before leaving happy. We can’t wait to return to the new location in May.

We had a wonderful dinner last night with some amazing company. The food was very good and fun to share.. Our waiters were very attentive and the view was just gorgeous.. We will definitely recommend AP two our clients and our friends.
