The waitress did a fine job - there were very few tables when we arrived - yet it took almost an hour after we place our order to receive our food. There were 5 of us and each paid $25 for eggs, potatoes, meat and coffee - seems a bit extravagant for the experience.More infoAll Meal Prep Kitchen & CafePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Edgewater•4.3

My two favorites were the bacon wrapped dates and croquetas. We paired the tapas wit MM Cava-divine. Then we had the almond cake and manchego cheesecake. Both were excellent, but I loved the cheesecake. Both of us were celebrating our birthdays and they put candles in the desserts and were very attentive throughout our meal. They didn't rush us out even though it was restaurant week. It was cozy and for a date it would be romantic. It did become very, very hot because of how full it was. Fans would have helped. There was also a very smoky flan.More infoLittle Madrid Tapas CafePrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Andersonville•4.5

- CColleenWashington, D.C. Area •34 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe really enjoyed dinner with our adult daughter at Little Goat. As someone who is dairy- and gluten-free because of an autoimmune condition, she really appreciated the server’s attention to detail when describing what she could have/should avoid on the menu. And a dairy-free shake? Outstanding! She loved her corned beef hash meal. My husband and I split the Reuben, and the corned beef was terrific. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the very limited wine list. The Albariño I settled on (because the server described the only other white choice as “sweet”) was astringent, and lacked flavor. My husband described his Tempranillo as “okay.” Would definitely like to see an upgrade there, but everything else was on point for the elevated diner concept.More infoLittle Goat- SouthportPrice: Moderate• American• Lakeview / East Lakeview•4.7

We went after the holiday for brunch so it was a little quiet for the neighborhood. I;m sure it's more lively at other times. A few normal breakfast type items and a few kinda sweet breakfast items. I had a nice mocktail.More infoBamboo ClubPrice: Moderate• Pizza Bar• Wrigleyville•4.3
