Michelin-recommended since 2022.We first imagined Aloette to be the perfect diner that we’d want to dine in – a menu with a great cheeseburger paired with a fantastic and fun wine list, a long row of bar stools facing the bar and the kitchen, and an energetic atmosphere accented with an old school hip hop playlist. The buzz of the dining room mirrors the energy of the street on Spadina Avenue; the dining room itself mimics a train’s dining car. It’s a bistro-meets-diner-meets-internationally-inspired menu which is also representative of the diverse culture in Toronto. Our service team is upbeat and genuine but also deeply knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. Brunch at Aloette was something we said we’d never do. KOST is one of my favourite brunch spots in the city, especially when the patio is open to enjoy the views. Today’s service was very good and the food was excellent. The eggs benedict with smoked salmon was delicious.

We had a lovely time at Lucie. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food was just amazing. Every bite was delightful. I especially loved the bison on the tasting menu. Thanks for a great meal!

Shared a green salad with grilled salmon, and augmented it with an order of the AGO Bistro's always great french fries with aoili. For dessert, Rebecca our fantastic waitress suggested a panna cotta made from coconut and a purple tuber (Ubé?), which was like a rich rice pudding without the rice. Great lunch, great service!
