Best Lunch Restaurants in George's Street

We enjoyed a fantastic catch up with John. & Breda -great food, good conversation and superb value…the perfect Friday afternoon ‘combo’ at The Green Hen👌

We had delicious mocktails &drinks at the bar while waiting for all the part to arrive. Then we had the wonderful festive menu- i had prawns to start so fresh and delicious with sea bass for main - the flavours were incredible. I couldn’t resist the whisky crème brûlée for dessert. Our waitress was so friendly and kind. Looking forward to returning.

Fantastic food and service - really top quality. Lovely atmosphere, though a little dark where we were seated. I would have preferred to be able to see the presentation on the plates better. Perhaps Christmas decorations hung on light fittings were to blame? Can't overstate how good the food and service were. All wait staff was amazing. Thanks again for a great evening

The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was second to none. Wine prices were a bit off the wall but then they are in most restaurants of this calibre. Would definitely recommend Glovers Alley for a nice lunch, romantic dinner or a business meeting as the layout of the restaurant can accommodate any of the above.

Absolutely delicious food, the steaks, the sides the sauces the desserts all top class. The staff were friendly and super efficient The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely.
