Best Lunch Restaurants in Edwards

Our server was on top of his game with the specials, menu and drink recommendations. We enjoyed the foie gras, pecan chocolate dessert. Lamb Saddle, salmon cones and truffle mac n’ cheese. One call out is on the hotel lavatory as the male service crew tended to the bathroom and even knocked on the stall and shouted at my tween daughter while she was using the stall. I mentioned this to the management team who said they would make sure it would not happen again.

Wonderful experience! Enjoyed the black cod special and superb service so much we dined here a second night during our Avon stay. Ordered different entrees: lobster risotto and filet mignon. Both evenings exceptional! The service and attention to detail along with the Coravin pour of unique and good quality wines were so appreciated. Thank you for a memorable dining experience!

We had a great dinner at Gashouse. Lots of great choices of Colorado fish and game on the menu but also a great cocktail!

Excellent and creative food with attentive service. Convenient location in Beaver Creek Village. Public parking available in the Eisenhower parking garage.
