Best Lunch Restaurants in Henderson

Excellent as always. We visit E&R regularly. Service was great, food was yummy. Portobello fries are to die for. Steak tartar is so good. Cocktails are delicious. Laura was our server, we’ve had her before, she’s so friendly and nice, we enjoyed our conversations with her. Overall great experience.

When we ordered the waitress asked what two sides we wanted. My meal of florentine chicken listed mashed potatoes and spinach dip. She said the meal came with two sides--vegetables and mashed potatoes. I chose cole slaw in lieu of vegetables (the cooked zucchini and squash that brings back sad childhood memorie ;-)). We were charged separately for the potatoes and cole slaw. Each meal thus had a greater cost. We did not argue about this, but I felt we were misled. My $22 meal ended up costing $30. My husband asked for loaded potato which should have been around $2 more. Instead it was charged as $5 as an additional side. The food was delicious and enough for 2 plus meals.

I was looking for a place for both adults and young kids. My husband and I enjoy this place on our own and had never taken kids before. This was a great experience for everyone. The kids loved the entertaining multi page kids menu as well as the temporary tattoos they got. At one point one kid was on the brink of tears because of, well, random kid stuff. He wasn’t eating his mac and was upset. A manager happened to be walking around and diffused the situation gracefully. She chatted with the kid and asked if he liked his mac (he replied with an emphatic “NO!”). She prevented a meltdown within seconds, offered to his parent that she could get him something else if needed. — Guess what? The kid ate the mac and cheese happily afterwards. I was impressed by how calm and empathetic this manager was and how she helped out the parents by diffusing a meltdown in seconds.

This was our second visit to Bottiglia. I can honestly say that it was another perfect dinner. Staff is more attentive than any other place I've eaten before. You're greeted by a hostess and they are excellent at making you feel like it was a good choice. Plus it's just classy...The waitress arrives quickly, and get's the order right, while being able to hold a conversation. So many places now don't have a great atmosphere like this restaurant does with it's staff. They seem to want to be there! The food has been excellent each time. I always notice a lot of staff working in the kitchen and behind the scenes. They have hired people that work along side the waitress to quickly remove plates, deliver the food and make sure things are handled quickly. The restaurant itself is very classy and clean. Decorated extremely well. It's really a nice place with a great atmosphere. But you don't feel out of place if you're just looking to hang with family or friends and need to "over do it." Although you could...It is a higher end restaurant with great prices. I personally like it because after gambling or even coming in from home, I don't have to dress to the nines. Nice clothes are worn for sure, but nothing too fancy that makes me not want to go out. It's a good place for old dudes to enjoy. I would 100% recommend Bottiglia to any one who wants an excellent meal served by great staff at decent prices.

Everything was so good! The pizza, pasta, dessert, everything. Our waitress was so nice and let us sample the soup before we ordered it. Which I’m glad she did because we didn’t like it and happy to not waste $12 on it! The pasta is made in house and the pesto sauce on it was so delicious!! The fig and prosciutto pizza is my favorite and my boy loved his Pig pizza. The Italian donuts are the best donuts of life and a must try! We will be back!
