Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. While you are enjoying an excellent meal in the lovely surroundings, students are developing skills and applying knowledge. We were celebrating my son’s engagement, Our evening started a little rough we were a party of 6, we got seated in a booth. It was very tight space, my son asked for a bigger table and our waitress didn’t skip a beat, she moved us quickly and efficiently. The rest of the evening was great from the waitress to the delicious food.

We had a great experience, service and food were great. The only recommendation would be to buy padding for the chairs because they screech whenever someone moves them.

Food was delicious! The hummus is so flavorful! Doesn't taste so typical. The pork chop was cooked to leave a faint pink, very, very moist and a delicious crust. Veggies were also well pan roasted with good color and flavor.
