- SSusanYorkshire •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThoroughly enjoyed our visit to The Jolly Fisherman. A delicious crab soup for starters followed by fish pie. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We have visited before and made a return booking whilst staying in Northumberland.More infoJolly Fisherman at CrasterPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Craster•4.7

Mark who looked after us today is the most professional, helpful and friendly gentleman. He was so attentive and polite we thought he was wonderful. Mark really makes you feel taken care of and comfortable. Such an asset to a beautiful experience. - JJohnManchester/Greater Manchester •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe had a really nice meal, served by a wonderful host. It was a shame we were the only people in for a while, added to during the meal as a few came to the bar for a pint or two, so ambiance a little lacking. Timing, we guess, as it was a late lunch. Won’t put us off going back as it’s always welcoming and food never disappoints so either later this holiday or next time we’re up, for sure.More infoThe Joiners ArmsPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Alnwick•4.3
- PPamNewcastle and Northumberland •9 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 11, 2024Convenient location nr town centre, with plenty of parking nearby. Staff friendly and helpful, service time acceptable. Food good and inexpensive. Looking a bit rough round the edges but just been taken over so hopefully will be fixed (toilets mainly).More infoThe Plough, AlnwickPrice: Moderate• Pub• Newcastle upon Tyne•3.3
