Somos una panadería tradicional austriaca de panes de masa madre. Utilizamos granos como: centeno Waldstaude, Emmer y Espelta de Niederösterreich una provincia boscosa al norte de Austria. Gracias a nuestra cuidadosa selección de ingredientes y énfasis en nuestros procesos de producción y elaboración. Nos hemos convertido en la primera panadería que consta con una certificación orgánica en Panamá, sumada a la certificación Demeter, otorgada por la Unión Europea a aquellos productos que cumplen estrictamente con las normas de agricultura biodinámica. This restaurant is very welcoming...with a cool garden vibe decor, nice laid out dining room...I've been twice during my holiday..both lunch and dinner time food was very good, service attentive...staff knew some English so that was a plus My three course dinner date of ceviche...delicious, chicken with grilled vegetables and mash...very tasty and my dessert of Cointreau strawberries with vanilla ice-cream...very refreshing This restaurant is located in a five star hotel, you would think it will be quite expensive, but to my surprise really affordable with clean fresh ingredients well prepared and spiced to perfection, I couldn't believe the value of this dining establishment...all but one item is under $30 and that item is $32.00...drinks/cocktails again value and well priced My lunch date was also good, it was excellent meal preparation and service of crispy chicken salad and beef and chicken kebabs with grilled vegetables. I highly recommend this restaurant for good food, good service, excellent value and beautiful decor experience.
