- SSeanVIPSan Diego •28 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoBeautifully remodeled Brigantine. We had the pleasure of sitting in the middle dining room for lunch on New Year’s Day. Eric was our server and he was fantastic. Attentive without being overbearing. The food was good; we had the crab cake as an appetizer, 2 bowls of chowder and the shrimp and Louie salad as well as the swordfish tacos. All was good with the salad being a substantial portion. Overall, the Poway Brig is well-appointed with good service and decent food. Server Eric is the bomb! We plan on coming back for brunch on Sunday. Would be nice if they offered cappuccinos and lattes vs regular coffee.More infoBrigantine PowayPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Poway / Rancho Bernardo•4.6
- CChristinaVIPCalifornia Central Coast •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 29, 2024Public House 131 never disappoints! The service is consistently outstanding—staff are attentive, friendly, and always make you feel welcome. The food is absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that you can taste in every bite. I also love how the menu changes occasionally, keeping things fresh and exciting while still offering reliable favorites. The ambiance is fantastic—sometimes it’s a quiet, relaxing spot, and other times it has an energetic buzz. No matter the vibe, it’s always a positive and enjoyable experience. The restaurant is also impeccably clean, which is another big plus. I highly recommend Public House 131 for any occasion—it’s truly a gem!More infoPublic House 131Price: Moderate• American• Scripps Ranch•4.8
- LLarryVIPSan Diego •105 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 19, 2024This place has been a gem for the better part of 3 decades. Chef's have come and gone but it stays consistently great. Great food, outstanding service and the best wine list to value that you can find in the whole city. We had not been in a while and during dinner we had to ask ourselves why. Try it, you'll love it.More infoThe WineSellar & BrasseriePrice: Expensive• French• Sorrento Mesa•5
