Best Lunch Restaurants in Watsons Bay

Beautiful Room! Most probably the nicest elegant Chinese/Asian Restaurant in Sydney. We had 3 Dumpling Dishes, 1 Appetiser and 3 Main Courses plus Noodles. The Peking Duck was a little disappointing. A bit burned and the pieces were way too thickly cut! The Coral Trout was very nice, so were the Vegetables and Noodles. We shared 3 Desserts and thought these were the best of the food we had. We were 5 People and all of us thought that for such a beautiful Place the food was 70% out of 100%. The Drinks all very nice and the Petit Chablis excellent! The Service was professional. A small thing if one wants to be picky, the Dining Room is on the first floor and the access to it is via a Staircase, so not ideal if someone is disabled.

Wow, what a special meal. Every dish was delicious, and the pasta sauces really wowed me. I loved the sashimi starter, the rigatoni carbonara and the pappardelle we had. Best tiramisu we’ve tried thus far! Not a banana fan but still loved the banana caramel dessert. Super great ambience watching all the action in the kitchen from the bar too 🥰

What a wonderful culinary experience. We started with a bottle of the Tyrells Doyles Semillion. Later ordering the hot and cold seafood platter for two. A great selection of seafood that we are afraid to say we could not finish however walked away satiated. The service from our waitress Rosie was impeccable as was our view of the ocean lapping the shore. What an amazing way to spend the day.

Beautiful food, as always. Service is efficient, quiet and unobtrusive. Our waitress provided some helpful suggestions as my guest has Coeliac Disease

I live in Italy and this is my third time in Sydney and the third time I have lunch at the Doyles: I love food, friendly staff and the wonderful view!!! If you are in Sydney you have to go there!
