Best Lunch Restaurants in Henfield

We really enjoyed our meal the food was excellent. The only criticism we have is that I have a shellfish allergy and some of the dishes that we chose we were advised would not be suitable as they were cooked in the same pan as food that cooked shellfish. We were very surprised about that with such an upmarket restaurant. One of the courses we did chose had something that was cooked in a pan that had cooked shellfish and they just left that part of the dish off which was good. We would definitely visit the restaurant again.

Terra made an occasion feel special. We could not fault the exceptional food and this was accompanied by excellent, warm service. It was great value for money. Good quality ingredients cooked with care and skill for a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to find a reason to come back again soon.

Fabulous roast dinner, the best cauliflower cheese we’ve ever had, the wine selection was great, we have eaten there before so this was our 3rd visit, we live in Shoreham by sea so locally and in Sussex we have a huge selection but The Fountain is definitely in our top 5

Wonderful atmosphere- next to a fire which was so needed in the winter day that it was. Service was impeccable and food delicious.

Delicious food, beautifully presented. The service was excellent but not intrusive. We took our 14 year old grandson as a treat which he really enjoyed. We shall return.
