Ensō Omakase is a collaboration from Chef Robert Ruiz and Chef Drew Deckman. We offer two seatings each day, one at 1:45pm, and one at 5:45pm, limited to 8 guests. We have created an intimate, sustainable Omakase experience, focusing specifically on the ingredients available seasonally here in Valle de Guadalupe. Our produce is grown here in the valley on our family farms, truly farm to table. Our exclusive wines are from Baja California, from Cavas del Mogor, and neighboring vineyards. We work with local purveyors and fisherman to ensure that our seafood is sustainable. That our offerings from the sea are treated with our continued philosophy of using the correct capture methods, the correct species, at the right time of year. Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California is an area unique to the world, constantly evolving with the seasons, our menu reflects the same. Our goal is to explore the history, ingredients, and cuisine of Baja though an exclusive dining experience.

This has to be our favorite dinning experience in all of the Valle de Guadeloupe!! So much so we came here twice this month alone (from San Diego). The first time, we discovered it by accident and had one of the most memorable dinning experiences -EVER. The talented chef was SO CREATIVE with vegetables - picked from only a few feet away in their enviable garden with a freshness that will ruin all other vegetables from now on. His cooking of the uniquely chosen local proteins leaves you in awe, but it is the vegetables that you will remember. We were so impressed, we had to return only a few weeks later. We were happily greeted with an entirely new (and equally delicious) menu! The staff could not be nicer or more accommodating - from the groundsman who greeted us in the evening with a flashlight from the parking lot, to the attentive staff, owner, and chef, who came from the kitchen to welcome us back on our second visit. We can't wait to return!

Conchas de Piedra are amazing in every aspect of what they do there. Your waiters are patient and informative on each dish. The views the restaurant is stunning. The restaurant is very open as well so the noise level isn’t bad at all. The wine choices are great and pair very well with most dishes. The only small dislike I had is with on dish on the tasting menu which in no way was bad simply was a bit lack luster and underwhelming. Other than that tho the rest of the food is near perfect in terms of taste, freshness, and quality. (If you don’t enjoy oysters or clams or most seafood in general this place is not for you) I 100% recommend you people try this place.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. Robert masterfully made 19 courses directly in front of us. The ingredients are hyper local with all of the vegetables coming from the nearby garden. He walked us gracefully through classic Omakase and then transitioned to incredible creative local variations featuring ingredients like chiles. The quail yakatori in mole colorado was sublime. The pairings were all excellent and featured obscure and exotic small production from Valle de Guadalupe. It was an epic and unforgettable meal.
