Best Organic Food Restaurants in Bayamón

Our family has been enjoying Marmalade for years. It is our only go to destination for special occasions and we are ALWAYS delighted with the experience. Tonight was no exception- from the professional and thoughtful service- to the food quality and presentation!! Every course was a symphony of incredible combination of textures and flavors- perfectly balanced. The white bean soup- a staple - was even better than I remembered. The lobster risotto was creamy with generous chunks of fresh lobster. The Sea bass melted in my mouth! Of course the chocolate dessert was over the top rich with multiple layers of chocolate textures and a hint of raspberry. The cocktails were unique and yummy. We were made to feel very welcome and the pacing of the meal was impeccable. This is an experience that is not to be missed when you come to discover the best that Puerto Rico has to offer. Nice time with family, nothing exceeding expectations in terms of finger food. Service a little bit slow but consistent.

Perfect ambiance! The architecture, artwork, lighting and music all set the mood. Noemi, our server, was friendly and attentive. Great wine selection…either by glass or bottle. The food was amazing…small seasonal menu with variety of choices. (Braised pork fall apart tender…OMG) Definitely take the time to visit!

Carli’s will always be a go-to when I’m in San Juan. The atmosphere is lovely, the food fantastic, and the music wonderful. Seeing Carli play during my visit was a real treat! He even played The Tennessee Waltz and Rocky Top on that beautiful grand piano. Wow! BTW, best escargot I’ve ever eaten.

It was very good. The food was excellent and it was a very cool indoor outdoor feel and had an open kitchen concept that we liked a lot.
