- SBSandyBChicago / Illinois •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoEverything was wonderful Food, cocktails Recommendations service … The ONLY thing to improve upon and it’s small.. is the restroom experience Pathway to restrooms is downstairs … and Smelled like mildew and felt like a dungeon They Obviously cared enough to make the actual restroom nice and updated, but the hallway is unfinished and needs to be basement proofed and finished to match the level that the restaurant deservesMore infoRose MaryPrice: Expensive• Croatian• West Loop•4.8
- MMukundVIPChicago / Illinois •13 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoIs one might expect eating at the Trump is usually expensive. My only concern was that the food was good but not great. A $23 French toast should be brioche bread thick cut not standard bread standard slices. The bacon was cool if not cold. Which of course means it was made in bulk at an earlier time. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our food and regardless of how busy you are they should’ve made the food fresh. Especially when it was ordered à la cart and we paid à la cart prices. The view is priceless and the facility itself is beautiful. One can’t complain about seeing Lake Michigan from their window while eating breakfast. Coffee was excellent if a little weak. But that’s just a personal preference. Premium pricing is acceptable under the circumstances but not with the current quality of food. This was average food in a above average setting and left us wanting for something a little more exciting and interesting. I could understand if it was a buffet but to serve cool or relatively older food rather than freshly make it and preserve it to the table piping hot is not acceptable. Still a great experience.More infoTerrace 16Price: Expensive• Contemporary American• Near North•4.4
- MMelissaVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOur dinner at Prime & Provisions was outstanding. We started with handcrafted cocktails, each made with a special twist. Our server Drew was exceptional. He was attentive and engaging, explaining the menu and making sure our glasses were never empty (including our teen who was enjoying Shirley Temples). Our food was superb. My husband and one of our daughters enjoyed steaks, another daughter and I went with the Dover sole with the most delicious beurre blanc sauce, and our youngest enjoyed an off menu hamburger that Drew told her about. The sides were a hit as well - the mashed potatoes should not be missed! We ended the evening with the sundae cart and the banana cream pie. My only complaint of the evening was that we waited 25 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. We had cocktails while we waited, but 25 minutes seemed a bit long to have to wait. After 15 minutes I expect a restaurant to offer a small apology - comp an app, offer an amuse bouche, just something to acknowledge the inconvenience. Once we were seated the wait time was quickly forgotten and we had a wonderful night.More infoPrime & Provisions SteakhousePrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• River North (Chicago)•4.7

The reservation timing was flawless, our booth was cozy and inviting, and our server was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu to accommodate my guest’s seashell allergy and not over order. The wagyu and nigiri were top quality and tasteful. Every bite was a delight. It was such a special night.
