- GGennyDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoA culinary adventure and exciting mystery at Flagstaff House! They helped make the birthday celebration very memorable for us and included a lovely personalized note and birthday wishes. The food was incredible and paired exceptionally well with the wine. There was even a crafty “blind wine tasting” that was thrilling to try to guess the wine. The four stars out of five was simply because there were a few items that we generally don’t eat on a regular basis that couldn’t be modified out of the chef’s tasting menu. However, It’s good to try new things and we loved the overall experience.More infoFlagstaff HousePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Boulder•4.8

- KKimDenver / Colorado •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe ate here about a month ago and weren't impressed. But, to their credit they invited us back to try again, and things were much improved. The food was excellent and service pleasant. Our only comment is that sitting at the table just inside the door was chilly with the door opening every time someone came or went, plus a bit disruptive with customers being greeted there. But, compared to our first experience, we were delighted this time and will definitely keep this restaurant in mind for future occasions!More infoBramble & HarePrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Boulder•4.6
- LLaurievipPhoenix / Arizona •6 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe have tried numerous Italian restaurants in northern Colorado, at all price levels, from Boulder to Fort Collins, and this is the best restaurant to date - excellent freshly made mozzarella, interesting salads, and an outstanding entree (chicken piccata). We are both looking forward to returning and trying something else on their extensive menu!More infoBucatino Trattoria RomanaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Lafayette•4.5
