Best Organic Food Restaurants in Overtown

Love the ambiance and the decor. Such a fun restaurant. The food is very good and they obviously care a lot about it. Wine selection is amazing. Just felt a few items were underseasoned and our server was a bit slow. Still highly recommended for a unique dining experience.

AMAZING! Marco our waiter was awesome and their truffle Cacio E Pepe was to die for! The atmosphere was great, and we were sat next to a lovely couple who we got to chat about the menu with. Definitely will be back (hopefully soon!!).

We loved Red Rooster. First, several members of our party were obnoxiously late. The staff kind and flexible and seated us anyway. Our server Carlos was friendly and knowledgeable. All of the food we ordered was excellent. We had several starters and all entrees were large enough to be shared. Highlights were the deviled eggs, ceviche, oxtail, salmon and fried chicken. The lamb belly was different but delectably spicy. We would go back. Very affordable at about $60pp including gratuity.

Everything was wonderful until a boat docked at the restaurant. It would be great if the restaurant required boats to turn off their engines because dinner and boat engine exhaust are not a good combination.

We made a reservation for Monday night. The dining room was mostly empty, so there were plenty of tables right on the water. It's an amazing experience to sit there and watch the boats go by so close. We had martinis with all those stuffed with blue cheese because that's what she likes. We also had a Kasserie cheese appetizer, which they flambé at the table that was excellent. This is a great place to go with a date
