Scalini Fedeli was opened by chef-owner Michael Cetrulo in 1995 and very quickly became New Jersey's highest rated Italian restaurant. I’m just going to start off by saying, I love this restaurant! I booked Sweet Waters as a Birthday Brunch do-over for my sister from a horrible dining experience at House 157. Sweet Waters more than made up for her birthday. Our waiter was excellent, knowledgeable with the specials and recommendations and he always returned to our table to check on us. The plating was delectable and the meals were beyond delicious. I even asked for an extra Berry Pancake and it was delivered without any hassle. My sister was very happy with her Birthday do-over and Pumpkin Cheesecake. I will ALWAYS recommend Sweet Waters Steak House! Thank you

The dinner was spectacular in every way. Hygge in New York! The atmosphere was cozy, congenial and filled with Christmas cheer. Flowers and soft candle light everywhere. The punterelle salad was perfectly dressed with ample anchovies, the sea bream en papillote was tender and infused with deep flavor. Add a perfectly balanced negroni sbagliatto to start and the evening was perfect.
