- FFernandoNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe restaurant’s interior is stunning, but for larger groups, you may be seated in an outdoor area. While the outdoor space is decent, it doesn’t quite match the ambiance of the inside. It is equipped with space heaters, but it was still a bit chilly during our visit. We requested to be moved indoors, and the staff was very accommodating, relocating us inside as space allowed. This, of course, depends on availability, and we were fortunate that there was room for our group of eight. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special by providing a birthday card for my niece and presenting her cake with a candle. The food was, as always, absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant 100%!More infoTavern on the GreenPrice: Expensive• American• Midtown West•4.7
- WwhiskyloverVIPNew York City •13 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI want to shout from the rooftops about this extraordinary gem in NYC's Lower Manhattan - just a stone's throw from City Hall. The general manager of a midtown restaurant recommended we try it because of its extensive collection of Chartreuse and great wine list. To enjoy a dinner with rare 1960s and even a sip of an even earlier bottling of the French liquer would have been worth the trek from UES, but the food alone overseen by head chef John was brilliantly conceived and full of flavor. Each dish was lovingly crafted and presented professionally by the team at Chambers. The divine tuna and equisitely dressed kohlrabi salad were wonderful starters, but the halibut with sunchokes and cheese gnudi entrees were delicious. Desserts, prepared in front of us at the kitchen counter seating, were amazing finales to start iur new year obsession with this special restaurant. We cannot wait to return often as we understand that the menu changes often even though the sommelier in chief's wine list remains a constant that will impress most connoisseurs.More infoChambersPrice: Very Expensive• American• TriBeCa•4.9

- CCalvinVIPNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024The dinner was spectacular in every way. Hygge in New York! The atmosphere was cozy, congenial and filled with Christmas cheer. Flowers and soft candle light everywhere. The punterelle salad was perfectly dressed with ample anchovies, the sea bream en papillote was tender and infused with deep flavor. Add a perfectly balanced negroni sbagliatto to start and the evening was perfect.More infoPalmaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Greenwich Village•4.9
