Standing high above the city on the 10th floor of the City Club Apartments, at 309 Vine Street; resurrected from the history that has stood here before our time, Shires' Rooftop is inspired by the first amusement resort in this part of the country, Shires' Garden. Though the original Shires' Gardens burned to the ground, "in a most picturesque fire," the legacy that was left behind is everlasting and an integral part of the Queen City's history.     Otto’s was a fabulous dinner. We had to schedule for a 9 PM dinner time because of work schedules. But the dinner and ambience was marvelous. Service was exceptional. Recommendations and explanation of food was terrific. Everyone felt very comfortable with what they ordered. We have been were able to get a wonderful mocktail for the younger people in the party. The menu has a nice variety that could meet all dietary needs. The atmosphere is a cozy elegance. I will definitely return because of such an exceptional experience.

    We were there Saturday reservation 11 AM. They got us right to our table. They are family friendly got to see Santa with a six-year-old special-needs child. Other families were there too. Thank you for the wonderful hosts in the front, our waitress and the manager Darrell for their hospitality. If you prefer not to be around the children, the restaurant is so big. There’s lots of other quiet places to sit.

    The food was great and the drink offerings were delightful!! Tableside making of cacio e pepe in a cheese wheel is a fun experience. Went for my birthday with my hubby and we had 4 courses with accompanying drinks and our bill was around $200; which I found very reasonable for the amount and quality of food and drinks. We will recommend this place to friends!!
