Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Barre

My family and I had the best time ever! Our waitress and the service was excellent ! Food delicious and the appetizers to die for!!! I just has to said that My nephew has the best time there ! Mission accomplished! My family and I will be customers for ever !!

It was Christmas Eve and what could be better than dining at the Publick House? Nothing! We were greeted warmly by the hostess and other staff members. The Christmas lights twinkled and the poinsettias gleamed as we walked through the beautifully decorated halls to our table. The bread basket was filled with corn bread and the delicious pecan rolls! The menu was diverse offering some specials for the evening. Turkey Dinner, Chicken Pot Pie and Prime Rib dinners all fantastic! Desserts yummy too! If you have a special event this is the place to go. Even for a lovely evening out any time of the year including lunch...you will not be disappointed!

All our meals were delicious and portioned large enough to share. We had squash rissotto, salmon, steak and fries, and a couple salads. Everything was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to have leftovers for lunch today. This is a gem of a neighborhood restaurant and I can’t wait to go back.

This is an awesome find in Newton. Excellent food, very friendly service and a nice ambiance. Every dish, duck pate, tuna tartare, pasta with special bolognese sauce and steak was perfectly prepared, sides and salad were outstanding.
