- DDanVIPChicago / Illinois •9 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe were surprised to be seated at the counter overlooking the kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The chefs and front-of-house teams are amazing to watch in action. Every dish is so flavorful and creative and you never know what is coming next from your selections. Just note, it can get very loud since orders are being called out in addition to the already energetic restaurant behind you if you're seated in this location. Another great dinner at Girl & the Goat!More infoGirl & the GoatPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• West Loop•4.8

- JJonVIPChicago / Illinois •40 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoI have been going to RL since they first opened. Always lovely, comfortable, clubby, excellent. It is a joy to be there. It is hard not to have the Dover sole. My favorite. And tonight. Joseph was our waiter. He was superb. Attentive but not too much. Classy. Friendly. But not too much. Works on the west side of the restaurant. I would ask for him. Can’t wait to go back.More infoRL RestaurantPrice: Expensive• American• Gold Coast / Streeterville•4.9
- QQuetzalliChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI had a delightful lunch at Gibsons Italia with my friend, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived on the 3rd floor, we were treated to excellent service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and ready to answer all our questions—including explaining what gold-extruded pasta meant, which we found fascinating. The food was absolutely delicious! The salads were fresh and flavorful, the portions were just right, and the baked potato was a standout—so good that I’ll be thinking about it for a long time. The ambiance, paired with the gorgeous riverside view, made it hard to leave after our meal. Instead of heading out right away, we decided to continue our stay at the bar, and I’m so glad we did! PJ, the bartender, was exceptional. His service, engaging conversations, and the memorable baked Alaska he recommended truly elevated our experience. He even crafted some amazing drinks that were the perfect finish to our visit. From start to finish, Gibsons Italia exceeded our expectations, and I can’t wait to return—especially to see PJ again for another round of his amazing hospitality. Highly recommend!More infoGibsons ItaliaPrice: Expensive• Italian• River North (Chicago)•4.8
- JJeanetteVIPChicago / Illinois •98 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis was our first visit to Francesca Fortunato, although our family is very familiar with the Mia Francesca brand. Before relocating to the East Coast, we lived in Chicago's West Loop, walking distance to the Mia Francesca West Loop location. We were frequent diners and hosted several events in the private dining space: wedding anniversary, college graduation, law school graduation celebrations and ladies' luncheons. We recently hosted our dad's memorial luncheon at Francesca's Vicinato in Tinley Park. Francesca's Fortunato lived up to Mia Francesca's exquisite brand. The restaurant is located in a lovely section of Frankfort, and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff was attentive, friendly, and the food was delicious. We had a lovely holiday dinner and are grateful that we "tried something new" for the holidays. Highly recommend this neighborhood gem.More infoFrancesca's FortunatoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Frankfort•4.6
