Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Downtown

We went before the theatre…the location and timing were perfect. Our server, Rain (sp?), was very polite and quick to get anything we needed. He asked if we were going to the theatre and made sure we got everything promptly - but not rushed. The food was good and the portion sizes generous (to say the least). I probably didn’t need a main course after sharing an appetizer. I’d highly recommend Milestones.

Very busy - but the service and quality of food was excellent. I would expect nothing less from the Keg. Quality and quantity always guaranteed here. Beef friendly! Love it!

From starting cocktail to shortbread with the check, everything on the chef’s tasting menu was fabulous. Wine pairings were spot on. Pacing of the meal and service were outstanding. Thank you for another beautiful Deane House evening.

It was a most wonderful lunch with a very dear friend! It was a celebration lunch of friendship and also the retirement of my surgical oncologist who I was going to one last time before he is done on December 23rd. I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate that than at the River Cafe!! I had the Flank Steak and my friend had the burger and they were both truly exceptional!! The steak just melted in my mouth and the accompaniments were perfect! The burger was scrumptious…complete with juices running down your fingers as you ate it, as every good burger should be! We didn’t have room for dessert but a delicious cappuccino was still in order! It truly is a magical place to be…wonderful atmosphere, attentive & friendly staff and always mouth watering food!!

Nice food, great service. Menu has been shortened, but mst of our favorites are still there.
