Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in River Oaks

Best experience yet. The restaurant was buzzing with groups of people celebrating different occasions. Felt like a party. The Chicken parm was rated lifetime number one from a chicken parm connoseir. My whole family loves it here.

The view, food and vibe at the House on the River was great. Our server Macarena and the hostess Pilar were very polite, professional and attentive on our visit on Valentine's day. 10 out of 10 service. We will be coming back.

We visited for Valentines day and had a pleasant experience. The view is mostly of docked boats with a limited view of the water. The restaurant is upscale casual. Not really a fine dining establishment. The food was delicious. The service was good to very good but not amazing. I'd probably return for happy hour or a casual dinner. Smart casual dress is sufficient. Even shorts or jeans and a polo wouldn't be out of place.

Just an amazing place to dine and share a good time with people. The atmosphere is so upbeat, staff is super friendly, the service is great and the options for food are terrific. We’re visiting from NY and stay in Miami Beach but we always try to get here at least once during our stay. I had blackened mahi mahi and it was delicious. The others chose a burger or salad and everyone was quite satisfied. My cousin drove down from Boca to meet us and he was thrilled with the Boatyard. A great choice for any occasion!

YOLO has always been recommended to me ever since I moved down to FLL this past August, so I was very excited to experience it for the first time. It did not disappoint!! The atmosphere, the service, the communication amongst the servers and management, the food quality, and creative menu made point for a wonderful dining experience. They had a DJ out on the front patio area, but it did not overwhelm the indoor dining area, so I could actually hear my colleague's voice. I will recommend this restaurant to all my clients and colleagues who are in town visiting!
