- HHalieAtlanta •1 review5.0Dined todayOur server was Jordan, and she was amazing! She was so kind to us and very informative and helpful with the menu and specials. My boyfriend had the Penne Carbonara, and I had the Capellini Pomodoro E Basilico, which I added grilled chicken to. Both dishes were absolutely amazing! The portion sizes were large as well, which we appreciated! The manager on duty was also very kind both over the phone and in person. We really appreciated everyone making our night special and staying open for us as the last reservation of the evening. We do not regret choosing Porcini for our belated Valentine’s Day date / celebration, and we would both definitely recommend Porcini to others for an intimate & upscale date night experience, 100%!More infoPorciniPrice: Expensive• Italian• Frankfort Ave - Crescent Hill•4.8

- TTrenaIndiana •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAn amazing experience indeed! Service was fantastic as the waitress provided the history of the restaurant and had suggestions for cocktails, appetizers and the main course. My husband had the 14 inch ribeye and I had the flight which included choice, prime, and wagyu cuts. Sides were crispy loaded baked potato and collard greens. It was the quickest open kitchen I have ever seen. We made sure to tell the manager on duty how much we enjoyed the experience. We will be going back for our Anniversary in May!More infoLe MooPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Highlands - Bardstown Rd / Taylorsville Rd•4.6
- TToddCentral Kentucky •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe were seated immediately for our 7:15 Valentine's Day reservation. The service was excellent despite the place being packed, and the food was delicious, as usual. The staff is always friendly and seem like they are happy to be there. Our dinner was a great value for the quality of the overall experience. We spend only slightly more to dine at very mediocre places in this town. This is my favorite restaurant in the city. The bar manager is excellent and whether you hang at the bar or choose to be seated at a table, the service is always spot-on, without being stuffy. The wine selection was nice as there were some good quality wines for no more than you would pay at any middle of the road establishment. The brussell sprouts app was tasty, as was the encrusted goat cheese salad. I forgot to ask if the squash blossom app is off the menu permanently, but I am assuming it is seasonal. I sure hope so, because it fantastic. I had the pasta dish with chicken (amazing), my wife had Salmon which is always perfection. She doesn't eat red meat or pork, so it is nice that she can always find a tasty choice here. We were stuffed so no room for desert.More infoVaranesePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Frankfort Ave - Crescent Hill•4.7
- SStephenSt. Louis •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoNo notes for improvement. Well, maybe one. My personal preference for a fine dining/upscale experience is extremely low lighting. I would turn the overheads completely off and use only the table lighting. I love a pre-set menu and the Valentine's Day selections from the Chef were outstanding. The (butter?) Old Fashioned is outstanding. My wife couldn't believe how good the salmon was and my New York strip was perfect as well Oddly, the potato roll kinda stole the show. So good. Typically I find a solid musician playing with a a backing track to be too mechanical. Like karaoke for a fiddle, but the musician did a fantastic job and music selections were really good.More infoHigh Stakes Rooftop GrillPrice: Expensive• American• West Louisville•4
